So that consuming them for a long time will increase your blood sugar. In order to fill your carbohydrate needs, you are able to consume oats or seeds.

Avoid Stress

Stress is able to increase some specific hormones which can increase the level of blood sugar. So that it will be better if you avoid stress in any way. If you cannot avoid stress, what you have to do is managing the stress well. Do some relaxation, refreshing, or listen to your favorite music and read your favorite books.

Avoid Sweet Beverages

Sweet beverages such as sodas are surely will increase your sugar blood level in your body. You are still allowed to drink sweet beverages when you crave them, but you need to control your consumption. Drink more water in order to make your blood sugar level stable.

Stop Smoking

Smoking will put you in higher risk to get diabetes. It also put you in higher risk to get cancers and heart attack. There is no good effect in smoking, so that it will be better for you to stop. Also avoid environment which has a lot of smoke from cigarettes.

Avoid Foods which Contain Fats

Consuming a lot of foods that contain fats will make you have obesity. And obesity is the main cause of diabetes. Fill your needs of fats by consuming olive oil, fish, and almond oil. This is the way of how to prevent diabetes.
