Before it, there is a thing that you should know. Here, carbs also have a role to affect the level of blood sugar increases. Why? Because your body will process carbs to be glucose in the end. Carbs contain three main subtances like sugar, fiber, and starches. However, the problem only comes from sugar. If you think that you don’t consume sugar but you find out that your blood sugar level is high, know that carbs you consume affects the increase. So, not only avoiding foods which contain high glucose, you need to determine the amount of carbs you will consume. Now, let’s see foods you must avoid below.

  1. Soda

This is the beverage that you should avoid. You may already know that soda has a sweet taste – people likes soda. Here, soda is considered as one of greatest threats for diabetes people. Why? Because a can of soda contains 39 grams of sugar.

  1. Fruit Juice

Perhaps, you will think that this healthy beverage is okay to be consumed. However, it will make blood sugar level increase and it is bad for people with diabetes. Even, the unsweetened fruit juice contains sugar which is considered high. For example, apple juice contains 24 grams of sugar (8 ounces and unsweetened). If the unsweetened juice contains high sugar, what if sweetened juice?

  1. Trans Fats

Foods which contain trans fats are completely unhealthy – moreover if they are industrial products. You must avoid those kinds of foods because it will make your body condition worse. Here, trans fats can be found in peanut butter, creamers, margarines, and even your frozen dinners.

  1. Flavored Yogurt

If you are a person who likes eating yogurt, you must determine yogurts that you will consume in the future. Why? Even though yogurt is considered as healthy food, it doesn’t mean that yogurt is good for diabetes people. The best yogurt that you can consume is plain yogurt.

  1. Breakfast Cereals

Having a breakfast will make your body healthy. As we know, we will get energy from foods we consume – we can start our days with full of energies. However, if you like eating cereals in breakfast, you must stop it now. Why? Because they contain high sugar.

  1. Snack Foods

Other foods to avoid are snack foods. Yup, snacks will make your blood sugar level higher. Why? Because in a one once of snack foods, contains around 22 grams of carbs (Pretzels). What if you consume snack foods a lot? You may already know the answer, right? So, if you have a habit like snacking, it will be better if you stop it right now.
