First, the body produces insulin but it resists the insulin. Second, there is not enough insulin produced by pancreas. This kind of diabetes is suffered by pregnant women. There is a certain condition which forms high level of glucose. It occurs frequently in the pregnant women and those who suffer from this type may develop diabetes type 2 in the future. Basically, there are no symptoms like the other two types. In order to diagnose the disease, a blood sugar test during pregnancy is conducted. Although there are no symptoms, people may experience yeast infection, frequent urination, fatigue, excessive hunger, or excessive thirst. This is a condition in which the glucose in the body is high but it is not enough to be diabetes type 2. It is likely to become diabetes type 2 within 10 years if there is no intervention. Just like gestational diabetes, there are no symptoms. People will only experience weight gain, frequent urination, excessive thirst, excessive hunger, or fatigue.
