One of early diabetes symptoms is when you experience an excessive feeling of thirsty. This condition is also popularly known as polydipsia. Sometimes someone can also feel dry in the mouth area.

If you have frequent urination that exceeds the normal frequency, you should be aware of this condition. Frequent urination or also popularly known as polyuria can be a sign of having diabetes.

Normally, adults will urinate 1 up to 2 liter per day. Thus, never underestimate this thing, especially when you frequently urinate at night. A severe dehydration due to frequent urination can affect liver’s function.

Not only easily get thirsty is considered as diabetes symptoms, but easily get hungry also can be considered as another symptom. Having lack of insulin to transfer the sugar into cells can cause muscles and other related organs weak and runs out of energy.

The brain will assume that having lack of energy is due to lack of eating. Therefore, the body is trying to increase the food intake by sending hunger signals. In fact, if this case happens, eating too much can trigger the increase of blood sugar levels.
